Colore® anticorrosion primers based on epoxy resins guarantee excellent levels of corrosion protection even under the most critical usage conditions, adhesion to metal, moisture resistance and overpaintability with Colore® powder coatings, even of different chemical nature. Choosing Colore® top coats guarantees perfect compatibility in two-coat cycles and also gives room for customisation with a very wide range of colour variations, gloss and effects.

Colore® laboratories also developed Colore® Hi-Corrosion Resistance, an innovative one-coat powder coating based on polyester resins which combines excellent levels of resistance to mechanical stress and weathering with high levels of protection against chemicals and anti-corrosion properties, which are far superior to traditional polyester coatings. Internal tests have demonstrated an anticorrosive power comparable to that of epoxy resin based primers. It does not require the application of a protective primer and guarantees high resistance to weathering and maximum versatility in aesthetic customisation with the possibility to recreate any effect and colour, either from the main international colour scales or starting from customers’ references.
