Customised production
The customer is the heart of our sales and after sales activity: this is our motto! Our focus is, and will always remain, to give complete satisfaction to our customers, who increasingly often come to us with complex problems and very stringent schedules; the "custom" service was born to meet their demands.
Flexibility and "on demand" approach are our strengths, we develop the product requested by the customer, manufacture just only the required product quantities and in a very short time: this is what we are asked to do and what we do everyday; in a few years we switched from manufacturing mostly standard products, the classic RAL colours, to having mostly customers that choose the "customised" product, often in small (25-50 kg) batches and with 10 working days average order-to-delivery times.
Special effects and customisation are where COLORE became a market leader with its "bespoke tailor" approach. Maximum attention to detail, painstakingly accurate reproduction of the requested colour. We have a very wide range of products that cover the various colour folders in use (Pantone, Ral Design, British Standard, Munsell, NCS, Sikkens and others). We can also work directly on data and references provided by the customer.
The product quantity does not matter: ambition is to arrive at the best solution for our customer, offering products that stay safe over time, that are guaranteed and certified, and are also as user-friendly as possible!
Flexible supply system
COLORE was established and developed as a service provider company, devoted to working alongside its customers and putting dynamism, know-how, sensitivity, imagination and flexibility at their service. And by flexibility we mean true flexibility with customised productions starting from 25 kg batches.
Very often the small batches are not very interesting or profitable, as the considerable amout of resources they need leads the manufacturer to neglect, or even give up altogether, other aspects such as production time, quality and checks, not to mention the after-sales service.
However, proposing small product batches with a "large numbers" production organization is something utterly different from planning and devoting the entire production struture to take the "small batches" as one's core business. Research and development
The Laboratory, the R&D department, is the beating heart of Colore given our utmost focus on everything that can distinguish us and make us unique and innovative.
The technically advanced tools we use and the heavy investments we make allow us to carry out all the possible tests on the specimens and samples during the testing and industrialisation stage and also to carry out all tests a customer may require.
The close-knit cooperation with our customers and with the most important internaional suppliers of raw materials allows us to even anticipate market demands increasingly oriented towards so-called "functional" paints, that is paints more resistant to high temperatures, anti-graffiti paints, anti-bacterial paints and anti-static and dissipative paints are all fields in which powder coating is becoming a mainstay and they are just some of our success stories.
