Colore® Antibatterico is the new range of antibacterial powder coatings developed by Colore® laboratories to meet the growing demand for safe environments and surfaces, driven by recent awareness towards protection from pathogens and the spread of potential infections.

Thanks to formulations based on polyester, epoxy and polyurethane resins with silver ion added antibacterial agent - characterised by effective wide-spectrum antibacterial action - Colore® Antibatterico guarantees a permanent action for a duration equivalent to the expected life of the painted product, with undamaged or not compromised coating, able to inhibit or prevent the proliferation of microbial agents and make them harmless.

The antimicrobial efficacy of Colore® Antibatterico has been tested against different pathogens responsible for bacterial infections, even those particularly resistant (ISO 22196 and JIS Z 2801 standards).
